Frequently Asked Questions

Who can do this?

Aerial yoga is beneficial for beginners, as the hammock helps with lengthening and creating internal space. Anyone can do this form of practice, however, classes at this time are offered to ages 18 years and older. You do not need to be a gymnast, or dancer to perform any of the postures, just a willingness to give it a try.

Is it safe?
