My vision is to create a safe and open space for all, where participants can be playful and have fun, while feeling strong and adventurous. The classes are gentle, slow paced, inclusive, and encouraging, offering traditional and non-traditional asanas. All levels are welcome.

Aerial yoga enables you to have fun while you reconnect with your body and mind. It combines traditional and new yoga asanas, Pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock (silk). It defies gravity while allowing you to perform various postures and movements. The legs, arms and torso can be maneuvered in and out of the hammock, all while lengthening and hanging at different angles. These moves often can be less of a challenge than traditional yoga on the mat. Aerial yoga enables the body to conduct inversions with little to no effort. The body remains secure in the hammock, and the hammock provides security to the body as it moves through various postures. Some of the benefits include spinal decompression, pain relief, calming the nervous system, along with ease in inversions and other challenging poses.
